Will it pass smog?

I have the joy of having to get my car smogged. I live in California so that will help you tell me if i have a problem. I had heard from someone that because i have the KKM intake and removed the stock airbox i wouldnt be able to pass smog. Is this true?. I have the KKM, 2 chamber flowmaster. Will i be alright?

maybe..... some places will look at it and think nothing of it... however, to the letter of the law (which is the way a lot of shops are now becasue the laws are very strict) it will not pass visual inspection

also due to the increased airflow, it may not pass the dyno sniffer test either.....

Over by Ardenwood School, but do you know any places that i could take it to that would pass me on the visual test...what should i do?

borrow the airbox from my truck.. its modified, but you cant tell from the top.... i work at the wheel works like a mile from ardenwood.. the wheel works on cedar and newark blvd....
