Will these fit stock? Do I need a lift?

Found these on Craigslist and was wondering how much of a lift, if any, I would need to fit these? I'm guessing they won't fit stock but not totally sure. Thanks in advance!!

you're going to need at least 7 inches of lift unless you want to start cutting into front fenders, the back will work with that lift,, but the front won't
