Will these wheels fit?

Will a set of factory 18" wheels off a 2014 explorer fit on my 2002 sport trac?
Found a set for the same price as new tires and they look a lot better.

They both have a 5x4.5 bolt pattern, but the '14 offset is 40mm vs your '01's 30mm. I believe this would push them out a little wider, but hopefully someone with better wheel knowledge can chime in on the offset difference.
