has anyone ever done anything with overhead consoles in the sport trac? I know my F 150 i had prior to the trac there was a mod you could do to put in the overhead console out of a mountaineer/ explorer (not the rail system overhead console).

this thing is short on storage...i need some places to hold my junk!

I dont have one in my truck but as recall they dont have much in the way of storage, maybe just enough for a pair of sunglasses.

These are auctions for the roof consoles but there's not much storage space in them as Clusterpup said.

If I were to purchase one of these overhead console, how difficult would it be to hook up the compass and temp, my 04 ST doesn't have one. Thank you.
