Winch Mount on My Budget Mazda

Ok, give it to me strait... how bad is it? I know, I know I cut up a Mazda grill... but it was already cracked. Anyway, I wanted it up high and out of the way. Also move the turn signals up for more approach angle. Used a Harbor Freight mount, cut down and welded to the top of the frame. No I didn't want a 13K winch... I ordered 9.5K on a super sale and they sent me the 13K. Now if I could just get this pile to run right and stop leaking all the fluids...

Looks great! I know with my winch mounted there it effected my cooling, make sure the truck can still run cool with that monster mounted up there. I really like the location and how tucked in it is
