I got a problem with my windows on my xlt

first off for some reason on my drivers side window , it will go up 3/4 of the way and then i have to pull up and press on the window button for it to go up , it also seems like the window is not lined up correctly or something and sometimes it wont go down all the way unless im pushing it down

secondly the passenger side window button to raise and lower doesnt always work , almost like a short or something , i can raise and lower it by the drivers side with no issues

the last thing is for some reason it seems the speed when raising the windows versus lowering is faster going one way but the other way it goes back up slow

1st try using silicone or wd40 on the window channels on a fairly regular basis. You may also have to replace the window regulator gear plugs (HELP! p/n 74410 about $7.00 at autozone) . There is an excellent sticky explaining how to do this.
The wiring problem for your pass side window could be as simple as a bad switch or it could be a broken wire in the wire bundle that goes into the door. There is great write ups on this problem also.
I wish I could be more specific about the location of this info, but I am not too computer saavy. You have come to the best site in the world for Explorer repairs, maintenance and good guys willing to help.
