Window issues

Window is sticking. But can hear the motor pushing. Sometimes have to pull or push window to help it. Is happening to driver window and front passenger window has stopped but if you push button you can hear motor trying to work. Anyone know a solution to this? Thanks

get yourself a can of silicon spray lube and soak down the channels that the window rides in really well.
