Hello:

1. Passenger window non op; two weeks ago had driver side new actuator install. Driver door lock stuck in lock. Dealer had to first unlock/unlatch driver door since inside handle would not open driver door. Yesterday passenger got in..tried to open passenger front window and NOTHING. I tried nothing, did window un lock and lock...still nothing. Called dealer taking in tomorrow for "free" exam. Does some one know about Ford dealer replacing drive door actuator, after door lock & door hardware broken non op...some how damaging wiring to passenger door window? All other windows work fine. I wonder if when they forced the driver door to unlock if they snagged, cut or disconnected wiring from driver door arm rest console master controls to cause disconnect to window on front passenger?

2. Was told radiator has small leak, is made of plastic and needs replacing? Is there a temporary or simple fix that will last for a while until radiator replaced? Then what kind of radiator is best should I replace? I hope to keep my explorer for many years... it is a solid vehicle.

3. smell of mildew ... seems smell is apparent inside front floor board..think due to Air Conditioning use... is there easy fix... also seems to be more apparent when car parked near lawn sprinkers...so could it be some water down through windshield well is leaking into floor board area? read a while back where mildew smell to floorboard is common, has anyone been able to get Ford to fix under manu defect common problem? may be condensation line clog near front floor board where condensation collects and spills onto floorboard carpet but wouldn't you think Ford Motor Co. would fix at no charge since manufacture defect? Has some one been able to get Ford Motor Co. to actually do a permanent fix to this mildew problem since mildew is a health hazard?

4.radio display gone..saw on ebay where small solder is a fix and guy sells replacement radio if you send in yours..does any one know link to where or how to solder the area that breaks? Why doen't Ford repair at no cost when it is prevelant in many explorers ..is another manu defect issue? Sue
