Window not working

I have a 1996 2 door explorer with electric windows. The passenger side will not go up unless I help it go up. I hear the motor running so what do i need to replace. Thanks

you can try greaseing the tracks with i believe the white lithium grease and if that doesn't work u may have to replace the motor.
