I've notice that my drivers side windows need coaxing to go down lately. I though it might be caused by the cooler temps here, but when I was watching it, it seems like the front starts to go down and the back kinda hangs for a while. I've heard of other people having tracking problems with windows. If I push the rear of the window down then it goes down fine. Going up is no problem.

Any suggestions to fix??

Check the bottom rivet on the rear window track.

Also the clips that hold the glass to the leveling arm. They are glued and can pull out if the window is obstructed

You'll probably will have to pull the door panel to see what is going on.

I am having the same problem. My window works just fine going up, but doing down it's very slow. Sometimes it just stops. I have not started looking for a cause yet, it's been below 20 degrees for the last few days and I am too lazy to work in the cold. :p

It happens to me when it gets cold out. all I did to fitx the problem is spray some slicon lube into the back of the win where it slides down it

If its slow that's one thing ... but watch out if it doesn't go down "evenly".
If it's the (a) clips or off the track, you may get it jammed and you WILL run the risk of pulling it completely off the clips.

Mine goes down evenly, just slow or sometimes not at all. It happens when it's been sitting out in super cold weather for a long period of time.

Cold weather

While driving and the vehicle heat up the window becomes better. The outside temp is still the same, but obviously the inside temp in higher. What would the cold weather expanding or contracting to correct this.

I'm not going to be pulling anything apart with it this cold, but come spring I have half a mine to rip alot apart and bring it back to factory spec.

Good to hear its working.

For what it is worth and if you do have to mess with the "insides":
"Plumber's GOOP" is what I used to glue the clip to the window. It's in all the stores and I'm sure at Homeless Depot.

Also, if you start jiggling the window around - watch out for the interior light button. Its at the upper rear corner (ref to driver's side). It's not easy to see, but the window got mine when it went off the track.

good luck
