windows or timer are not working

Ok this is confusing My windows quit,also my radio doesnt stay on after i turn the key off like it did. And I have changed fuses checked about everything that it could be. A mechanic worked on it for two days cant figure it out need help please.

There is an accessory delay relay, and I belive an accessory delay module. Might want to look into that...
