windows windshield wipers horn amd cruise control mallfunction

I own a 98 Ford Explorer XLT and sometimes when I want to roll the Windows down they won't roll down none of the windows which also causes the windshield wipers not to work when I jiggle the key switch the wipers work one time then stop till I keep jiggling the key switch but most times my windows will work but the only way I can roll all them down is only on the drivers side also every time I replace the fuse for the horn it will blow one time then blow the fuse and it does it every time and my cruise control doesn't work I don't know what's going on please help thanks

We had a 89 mustang that used to exhibit the same kind of issues. The problem was the ignition switch. Seems to be a common Ford issue.
