Windshield washer fuse and pump location for a 99 explorer xlt?

I'm not very good at working on cars but this must surely be a simple repair. My windshield washer quit working out of the blue today and I need to fix it. The back one never worked from the day I bought the explorer (used) and I would like that repaired also. Can someone point me in the right direction?
