My rear windshield wiper does not work and neither does the front and rear wiper wash work? Here clicking from the front wiper motor when pushing front washer but don't here any clicking from the rear wiper? Any ideas? All fuses are intact.

Could be a bad washer pump motor for the rear.
Could be a bad wiper motor for the rear.
Could be a bad washer pump for the front, or possibly a broken line somewhere, bad check valve or clogged nozzles.

Power probe the components separately see what works and what doesn't. If a component works when probed then it is a wire issue.

Here are some parts screens that my help identify location and components.

The washer pump does both the front and rear, no noise from pump. Has anyone had the "electronics" go out. Seems the front wiper motor/electronics/relay are working, no shorts, +12v when front washer is selected, can here the relay click. However the rear I am unable to get anything from thr relay.

It is maybe a controller perhaps in the A pillar behind the kick panel.
