Need to do some testing before you throw anymore parts at the issue. When you press the button, do you get power at the pump? If no, go back to the relay and see if you get power to activate it. If still no, go back to the multifunction switch (MFS) and look for power out of there. MFS is a weak point on these vehicles.
Mine did that too, but the rear window one still squirted, so rather than pull the steering colomn apart to replace the turn signal switch, I just switchet the hoses on the pump. I just have to press the rear wash button to squirt flud on the windshield.
