Winter Gasoline Additives

I have a 2013 Explorer, and I really like it.
Can anyone tell me if gasoline additives (winter) are ok to use in the vehicle?
Im in the Chicago Area and its going down to -20 tonight.

Hey, welcome to the forum.

Winter additives aren't really needed. When Winter comes along, gas stations use a Winter blend for their gas. It's not going to freeze if you have fresh gas.
