wiper problems

please help my wipers only work on high i have tried everything I have check the switch the one that turn signal also and is fine I try to locate the module but no lock I foud only an small box like relay box and inside is a chip like computer chip and some other electric things part number e9az6c625a I do not know if it's this one, the wiper motor is working fine 92 explorer.

This is driving me crazy

Multifunction switch was problematic on many US Fords between 99 and 00 but this was due to wipers operating while switch is in off position.

It was NOT advised that a repair was made by replacing the GEM or Wiper Control Module.

But all connections should be checked and only then should the multifunction switch be changed.
