Wiper Switch off one click

My wiper switch appears to be off by 1 click.
I have no high - Low setting is shortest interval, and high seting is low.
Is there a way to correct this. I afraid of breaking it.

I would think if it's off by one click, try and 'convince' it back into place. You'll be able to tell if you're going to break something, just let off if you start turning it and it doesn't feel right.
