Wiring Diagram for 94 tow lighting package

If anyone can link a wiring diagram for the factory towing lighting package (the one with the three relays in the jack compartment), I would really appreciate it.

Thank you for the links. The first one seems to require a subscription to use. The second brought up the normal diagrams you see in the Chilton/Haynes books.

I really need the specific tow package lighting diagram to troubleshoot my issue. I am hoping one of the Explorer Forums members has direct access to that diagram.

I don't know if this old post will help. I remember going through some stuff to get my trailer lights to work with the existing connector. Once I understood how Ford intended it to work, it wasn't overly difficult.

Brake Lights Working Good Now

OK,

Thank you for the help on the trailer lights relay package info I asked for. Once I reviewed that I was able to test and determine that the cause for my on-going brake light intermittent operations was not related to these relays. I then did find the real culprit. It was the multi-function turn signal switch/high/low beam, wiper control. Once I isolated the issues to that, I pulled one from the junk yard (and because it was of the same age, had the exact same issues). I pulled it apart (boy there are a lot of moving parts in there), cleaned it up, reassembled (the springs and ball bearings required a lot of patience), and now works like a champ. If I ever re-build the 2nd unit, I will take and post some pic's.

I now have a CEL issue (but Explorer is running as strong as ever). I will start a new thread on that.
