Just got a 1997 facia panel with the clock in it, does anyone have a link to an online wiring diagram or know the wiring of the pins ?

Its has 8 pins in the rear but im guessing only 2 are used (12v and Earth)
Any help appreciated

cool i have the same. I have never bothered wiring it

I assume there are more than two connections as one must be to hold the memory of the time? so maybe 3 that's why i never plugged or wired mine up but if you get the answer i will be doing it also, then i have a clock back :-)

If you number the pins in your picture from top left being 1 top right being 2 and so on...

1-2
3-4
5-6
7-8

1)Sidelights
3)Perm 12v
4)earth
6)Ignition/accessory 12v
8)Instrument panel illumination

2,5,7 not used.

Fnatastic stuff!! thanks ever so much, gotta fire up the soldering iron now:)

Good stuff I can now wire my clock too, changed the facia when I needed somewhere for my lpg changeover switch, but didn't know where to go for the pin connections.

Can anyone help me with the wiring for the ARC suspension, there is a relay which has two wires and what i assume is the compressor on two heavier duty cables.

What is the relay for? does it release air after driving pumped up to accomodate a heavy load?

Any help would be ........ helpful, thanks:thumbsup:
