Wiring Fog lights so they can be on with parking lights

I wanted to know how to wire my stock fog lights so that they can be turned on with just the parking lights on. Right now they can only be on with the full headlights on.

Also, can I wire other foglights into the stock fog lights wiring?

I hooked mine up to the corner lights of my parking lights...not the turn signal but the corner one that stays on all the time
