Wiring Harness to Correct P0345 and P0349 Codes

I am getting P0345 and P0349 codes on my 2007 4.6L V8. I have been told by the local Ford dealer that I need to replace the wiring harness for the engine. Has anyone done this and did it correct the problem?
 






dunno, those are for the wiring going to the cam pos sensor, or the cam pos sensor itself since its intermittent signal. so i wouldnt jump the gun n the entire harness. clean the CPS and check wiring around it first! though tht 07s did have a deterioration issue for what i gather
