how to wire overhead console with moonroof
Hi Everyone.
Well I got my overhead console from ebay and In my explorer sport 98 I have a button for my moonroof were the console is going into.
The moonroof button has seven wires.
The console came with a wiring harness that has one plug that connects to the console 3 wires that connect to the button for the moonroof and an extra plug that has nowhere to be connected to. At the other end there's only one plug that connects near the fuse box I believe. two part question.
Question one:
Do I use any of the existing wires from the moonroof button?
Second question:
Where does the plug go at the other end under the DASH or to the FUSE BOX do I cut this off and connect the wires to something else (don't know exactly were this end goes to). to bad I could not see and existing plug were I could just plug it in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
