Won't Start!!! Help!!

I have a 2000 w/ the 4.0 V6 and this morning with it being -10 below it won't start. It doesn't even turn over. The dome lights, dash lights and fuel pump kicks in but there is nothing else. New Battery in July and it has 60K miles on it... HELP!

DId you try and hot shot it? If it's not turning over at all, then it could be battery and/or battery cable related. Do the dome lights dim as you are trying to start it?

Found out it was a loose cable going to the starter. I checked the voltage going to the starter first and there was 12V. Jacked it up and twenty minutes later it started perfect. Thanks!
