Won't Start (Starter bad?)

Mine has done the same thing a couple of times before. Give it a little while to relax and the problem will go away. I'm not sure what causes it, but when mine did it, I got out and looked at the front tires and they were shaking like crazy. I think it's got to be something with the power steering pump, but I can't explain what. But the problem is fleeting, it happens once, then not again for 6 months, then it hasn't done it since (over a year). Who knows?!?!
