'94 Ranger XLT Ext Cab
Hello everyone, I am a new member and I found this website while looking for information and I hope someone can help. I have had my 94 Ranger since new. I have over 250,000 miles on the 4.0 and it still run great. I am thinking on doing some restoration work on it, and was thinking about making it look like a Woody. I am handy with wood, refinishing etc., but I know it takes more knowledge than just knowing how to cut wood. I read about the Dodge Little Red Express Truck and thought - why not a Ford Ranger Woody. Any ideas?
Thank you, and have a good one,
George

Only problem I could possibly see would be the different levels. On most cars they have trim that'll gradually raise it to where the wood sits. There are plenty of trucks with camouflage contact paper on it, ever thought of that? Get a really good quality contact paper tha'tll stick to the truck, rub out the bubbles, and give it a good coat of clear/wax.

Good luck, I'm definitely looking forward to seeing it

I agree, that a sticker (yuck) would be the way to go. It would the fairly cheap, and way easy. Just go to a sign shop with a clean truck, tell them what you want, drive home.
