Fully locked. The rear bumper killed me. Should have taken an angle at it.

Just did not apear all 4 tires were working (angle) of view i guess.

Not getting stuck...

But this video is something my wife made of our offroading trip in Tennessee. It's pretty good if I do say so myself :D
Be aware, there's also a J**P and an Xterra in the video. You would be amazed at the punishment I saw that Xterra go through--wildman behind the wheel.
Enjoy!

Awesome Video

Nice video but if you guys are using chains i would stop. Seen too many accidents with them expecally since you have people in the 90 degree no go zone. Invest in a good snap strap and keep out of the kill zone. Other than that nice video.

Can I just say how much I hate mud...Luckily I haven't gotten stuck with my current rigs but I don't play in the muck much anymore. I have gotten tired of replacing starter and alternators that puke after getting packed with the soup.

I must say Carolina red clay really s*#ks. When I first got my Ex all I wanted to do was go play in some mud. We had a new highway going threw our back yard so I had all the mud I wanted. Then I had to work on the parts I broke playing in that mud and working under a truck that is caked with clay in every nook is not fun. Every time I touch something I would get a face full of clay, arms face cloths all would be same color. Now I avoid the mud as much as possible, I'll hit the ocasional mud hole on a trail but I don't go looking for it.

I totally agree with you guys on that i too hate the mud, The pics i posted of my ex in the mud were way back when i first got my explorer like within the first month. Ever since that day i have not gone through the mud and i dont plan on going anytime soon lol. I also stick to trails in the mountains.

I must fess up and tell on myself!:)

I've never had a 4wd anything before! But I've had a few rides in an Turdle and was very impressed with the AWD!! Anyway..

So it snows alright know problem right. Never needing a 4x4 before,I think I'm going to just plow threw anything right. I mean look at the truck it should have NO TROUBLE IN A LITTLE SNOW right. Not:thumbdwn:

Long story short I

1. After first trying to get out in two wheel drive I
2. Tried and couldn't lock my hubs why? idunno,so
3. After I GET my bada$$ truck stuck sideways in my new $%^%&# ^&*(^%$ carport and the tow truck leaves.YEP!
4.Thanks pete the pliers work great!!;)

Yesterday was a blizzard and we drove it like it was a sunny day!!!

To the trucks defense my driveway is a pain when it's icy,Then the snow drift I didn't notice caused by the new carport. These two factors plus me being a BONEHEAD Didn't help Impress my Neighbors!! Who didn't hide there :bsnicker::p:

So I feel So much better now!!!:salute:

I pray to the wheel'n gods that I never have to post in this thread very again!:D

I must add that Joshua was very quit the hole time. Only once did he say anything.

"Dad you think I can pull us out with my 4wheeler"

I can't repeat my reply cause I forgot all the bad words I said!

Um, Mark, you aired down for the snow, right??

6-7 psi is about right, max speed 15mph

here's what happened out at the badlands when my truck was stock. i came down hill too fast and splashed down hard and sucked in water. after pulling it back to the camp site we changed oil and it was ready to go. that was a real quick lesson on taking my damn foot off the gas pedal every once and a while.:D
