I dont have a picture.. but when I was in highschool, I was driving my dads S15 Jimmy.
Had a girl with me (who is now my wife) and her best friend.

We went to a dirt road, night time, and I decided I was going to fishtail around a corner.. well I lost it...Ended up down over the side on the wrong side of the road.

I could not see anything around the sides or back as it was so dark.
When I tried to open my door, I was 6" from a tree. My girl tried to get out and her door hit the bank going up to the road.

Just about that time some guys on 4-wheelers came by
Their first reaction was "Do you think your driving a tank?"

The said I was clear to back up, 4-lo, and gunned it...forward, backward, forward, backwards
Slowly she started to move and I was able to get back up on the road.

When I got back to her house, I wish I had a camera because the Jimmy looked like something out of a commercial, Covered in mud except for the wipers.

Hosed it down, washed it as Dad would kill me if he knew.

I left for home, and at every stop light I could hear water sloshing in the muffler. I drilled a small hole for it to drain out

Dad never found out.. 16 yrs later, still does not know

Bah those were just puddles....lol

I got pulled out of this spot only because I climbed out before the interior flooded. The water was like 40*. Never shut the truck down, pulled out and kept right on truckin.

This was the last venture with the explorer, I drove into the hole and by sheer stupidness I pushed the clutch in while in the hole and the pressure plate filled with debris from the hole and held the pressure plate off the clutch which = no go. I also had a broken axleshaft in the front from earlier in the day.

Just to get a gauge on how deep those holes are, that explorer was on 8" susp and 3" Body Lift with 36x13.5 Iroks.

I plow a lot more snow than that with mine , you just need more agressive tires ( downfall is under 12 mpg)

ah I though you were making fun of his right side driving without noticing his left side steering wheel.

anyways I've done the same thing in 3 feet of snow...my friend said, "just pull off on the side here." found my explorers limit that day

lets just say that this truck needed lockers. lol.
