Would like to open the tailgate window from inside 93 sport

I've got a 93 explorer sport,
Has anyone made something to be able to open the gate or gate window from inside ?

its been discussed here before... i dont think anyone has done it though....

You can't make it roll down into the hatch, but if you used a "popper" and linear actuator you could make it open the conventional way.
