I found a set of really nice leather seats from a 2006 EB and was wondering if they would bolt up in my 98 Sport?

no I don't think they would. the 3rd and 4th gen bodies are different.

You would probably be able to retrofit the new seats to your old seat tracks. I'm not sure about the new trucks, but I know that most Ford seats in teh 80's 90's could be made to fit into other Ford cars, like I put '87 Cougar seats in my '91 SHO. Only needed some redrilling for the holes in the seat frames to give me a place to bolt to the seat rails from the SHO...
