X 1996 4r55e O/d Problem

9 month ago I change my tranny for a brand new rebuilt one, every thing was ok until a few weeks ago, the O/D light flash once and the tranny slip than no more O/D. I took a Rendez vous at my dealer and I got a code
P0761 solenoid C stuck off, so I change the famous solenoid the check engine come off but still doesn't have O/D.
I would like to know what could be the problem the wiring from the PCM???

when i swapped in a rebuilt transmission, the "OD OFF" light also started blinking... the code pulled was different from urs tho.. mine was like P0741 - TC clutch solenoid stuck. anyways, it wasnt the solenoid at all - it was someting in the valve body.

but they change the valve body for a brand new one.
