i just got an xcal2 for 2004 4.0 xls. I flashed the truck to use the 89 tune, everything was going fine, then I tried to start the truck, it would not "turn"... I called James (great guy b.t.w.) seeking some help, and I ended up walking me through the "take back to stock" procedure... after that, the trucked started ok.
he suggested for me to email him the strategy code so that he could compose a couple of test tunes... he emailed them to me to try.... and still no luck; same result;;;;;;;
he thinks that the dealership might've flashed the truck...
has any one of you gone through this?
any ideas?
