thats pretty damn nice. but i was laughing the whole time at how old skool it is and it is way old skool.

expo5.0, that X has been around for at least 3-4 years mabey more. It may be old school today, but at the time it was built it wasn't.

yeah i know. and i wish it were mine. i wasn't saying it wasn't really nice, it just amazes me how customizing trends have changed in just a few years.

Thats because everything is turning towards the European look now.

Maybe it's me... But I really don't see anything that makes it old school....

Me neither, just because everything isn't euroed out doesn't mean it's old school. That truck is just plain cool. Looks like it could do just about anything the owner demanded of it.

i want to say again that i like that truck, and i am impressed by it.

however it is old skool. take a look at the sportster trac in the explorersport truck area. - that is a newer truck made as a demo for a shop. notice the much larger wheels, the monochromous paint job (the trend has gone away from the ripped style on this truck, back toward simpler designs that used to be hot 20 or 30 years ago such as flames), the headlight and tail light covers, etc..

also, i don't know if the new trend is so much euro as it is really old school american. many of the latest custom trucks are coming out with 60s and 70s hot rod styling mixed with the larger wheels that maybe you are saying is "euro"

i have to agree with expo5.0. (BTW, that is one d*mn nice X) the trend now isnt so much the euro look, but more of a modernization of 60's and 70's musle cars and hot rods. flames are back. hell, look at the wheels on the new mustang GT's. look familiar? my dad had those same wheels on his 67 camero (15's not 17's haha) back in 68.

What’s funny is that when I think Old School I think of Moon Eyes, lakes pipes and 3 deuces on a flat head.

actually, its kinda hard to keep up with old skool. it changes every 4 years.lol
