Has anyone of you ordered Zaino products directly from them since they stoped all COD orders?

I was lead to believe that the producr would ship as soon as they recieved the check for payment.

I ordered from them over 2 weeks ago and still have no product.

I wonder of the Sept 11 incident has anything to do with the slow shipment/delivery??????????

It still amazes me that a company with such great products does not accept credit cards........

Did you try calling Sal to ask about your order? And next time, try ordering from one of his distributers. My local distributor takes credit cards and has my order to me by the next day.

peace

I have ordered twice using a pesonal check, and have gotten my order promptly via UPS both times.

Yes and he saif there was NO distributor in my area and to order directly from him.

My order came uesterday. 3 weeks after placing it.

Almost all places that have mail order items say something like allow two to three weeks for procesing. Thats not to bad at all. At least you got your product, there are a number of people out there that don't ever get anything when they send their money away like that.

Gimp, thanks, I sure hope that was indeed the problem.

They said that they shipped as soon as received a check ( no wait ).

It still amazes me that any firm that has such a world class product line hasn't a clue about customer service; no credit cards, no COD, no 800 phon number. I just don't get it.

Oh well, their product line is definately the best of the best....

Hey Gimp, I was gonna suggest that too. :D I think you have a business opportunity in front of you Al!

And despite the lack of an 800 phone number, no COD or CC purchases, etc, I know of no other company where you can call up and talk directly to the president/owner about any questions/concerns you might have. That's good customer service.

There are numerous small businesses where you can speak to the owner ( mine included ).

How do you define customer service? My defination is to make it easy for the customer to do business with the company and that means at least they take credit cards.

NEXT TIME TELL THEM YOU WANT A distributor IN A NOTHER STATE TRY THE ONE IN SACRAMENTO CA THAY TAKE PLASTIC AND THAY SHIP PRETTY FAST.
