I designed and custom built some sliders for my 91. They are 100% bolt on with no drilling and the tank does not have to be dropped either.

Here's mine:

These are getting pretty beat up but are still doing the job. Sometime in the future i'll make new one's from square tubing and cut out the rocker panels to tuck them up higher.

BBPfab.com built mine.

I cut the rockers out. The sliders are no lower then the stock rockers were.

And they get used.

They really don't stick out past the tires.

I designed them to act as rub rails also. I pivot past trees and rocks off them. If I would have just done a standard slider, the rear tires would get hung up on stuff.

1/4" 2"x4" bars with 3/16" tubes at aprox 10* angle. Gussets, wrinkle black powder coat, & Bolt on.
