Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to put the question out there and see what your thoughts were regarding an Offroad Park in Oregon. This is just some market research I'm doing, so your honest input is greatly appreciated. For the purposes of this poll, assume the following: Roughly 80-100 acres of land, 15-20 trails rated Easy, Intermediate, Difficult, and Most Difficult, available camping, staging area, mud pits, segregated ATV/Dirt Bike area, restrooms, available on-site storage, recovery services, mountain views, mainly wooded area.

1.) What would you be willing to pay for an all day/weekend pass?
a. $10.00 day/$15.00 weekend + $5.00 / PAX
b. $20.00 day/$30.00 weekend + $5.00 / PAX
c. $25.00 day/$40.00 wekeend + $5.00 / PAX

2.) How many times per year would you go to the park (not including events)?
a. 1-5 times per year
b. 6-10 times per year
c. 11+ time per year

Wow no votes? Did I set this thing up wrong or folks in the NW not at all interested in this sort of thing?

^ Bump ^

For me, there are enough areas and trails up here that I wouldn't pay to go somewhere (other than the gas it takes to get to the trails I currently frequent).

I head to the hills and trails as much if not more, for the views and camping than the wheeling.

Yeah I hear you there, can't blame you. Appreciate the input!

80-100 acres would get old quick
