Wheel well lights for changing a flat??

Anyone ever mounted wheel well lights? Seems to me that when my tire goes flat on the side of the road (at night), a wheel well light would be extremely handy. Only problem I could see with this, would be getting the angle right so the top of the tire would not cast a shadow. Any ideas on how to do this?
