Check battery terminals (clean, tight fit, in working condition)
have battery and altenator tested
Check relay and fuse, swap out relay to check the relay is good
Check the wiring going to your starter. Clean and tight as your battery.
Try to start again
If same issue try using a hammer to TAP the starter to free a sticky sylenoid.
If you keep havinng the issue with the starter you can always purchase a new one and if that doesn't solve just take back the new one.
If your stuck out in somewhere you can jump the sylenoid to get the vehicle. You are bypassing the sylenoid and applying voltage straight to the starter. This is only an emergency case and should be used with 100% caution.
Be sure if you need to jump the sylenoid use a long enough screwdriver. It will create a small ark on both the bolt ends and the screwdriver.
