I have recently replaced a line in my AC system that had a hole in it from rubbing on a part in my engine bay. I have evacuated the system with a Vacuum pump. I had added 3 12oz cans of refrigerant into the system, and all seems to work fine. The only thing is, it does not seem as cold as is should be. I have been looking online to find the correct amount of refrigerant to put in, but have had mixed results.
I then found this chart from Motorcraft.

Now the only thing I am confused about, is the ** part that says Explorer with AUX. Is this an Explorer that has Rear air controls?
I do have rear air/controls in my Explorer, so I should be putting in 46 ounces? It says 56, then says 46 at the asterik key on the bottom of the page.
Thanks!
