im trying to find the drain plug for my clutch on a 97' Ford explorer sport?
my clutch has no pressure at all and im tired of messing with it can you please help me?

Most cars use a dry clutch, including your explorer. It's probably the slave, did you check the fluid level?

There's a bleeder screw right next to where the hydraulic line goes into the side of the trans. Is that what you're looking for?

look where the hydraulic line goes into the bellhousing. just above that is the bleed screw (itll be covered with a little rubber cap). the slave is inside the bellhousing on these trucks so hopefully you just need to bleed it. get some DOT3 brake fluid, a buddy, and an 8mm or 5/16th wrench. make sure the master is full (the reservoir is near the driverside fender/firewall) - have your buddy push the clutch in and hold it, open the bleed screw, shut the bleed screw, slowly let up the pedal, pump the pedal, and repeat about 5-10 times. every few cycles check to make sure the master stays full.
