Wont Start, Theft Light Flashing

I did try that the other morning and it didnt work, But I think I had the box completely un plugged at the time so not sure what other issues that may have caused.

I have the same problem. Just bought an 02 with 34k miles. Looks great. Drives great. Went to start it at 11am, with the coded key, put the key in the ignition and it is locked. It is 15 degrees in PA. Can temperature really play a roll on whether or not the car will start? This is ridiculous. Taking it to a garage for warranty work Monday and they are supposed to see whats wrong with it. If someone has an easy solution on how to get this fixed, I would appreciate it. I want to disarm this thing forever. Please help.

Mine turned out to be the remote start. I re crimped all the connections and re mounted it and have not has a problem since.
