Hello,

I need to get a fuel pressure gauge to check my fuel pressure. Which gauge will fit my ‘94 4.0L OHV?

Did a search but only found stories of the auto zone tester not fitting?

Thanks I think I am having a fuel issue

You need an adapter down to the same size as a tire valve stem.

Picking up fuel pressure pressure today

Thanks

Hooked up pressure tester, pressure at idle 30psi. Removed vac line pressure went up to 40psi. Reattached vac line, pressure back down to 30psi.
I am waiting 5 min to see if pressure holds.

Pressure held, seems ok

Cleaned MAF, replaced fuel filter, problem solved no more CEL

Where did you go to get the correct fitting? I tried oreillys "universal" kit ($133 btw to rent it!!) and it didn't have the correct size. The guy behind the counter was baffled they didn't have the fitting ANYWHERE in the store.

It came with the gauge I bought.

you can pull the valve core out of the Schrader valve put 3/8 inch hose over Schrader clamp it on
roscoe
ps I just use a regular 0-50 pound guage

I bought the gauge online maybe amazon
I picked one that came with the adaptor
Not all of them had it

That looks just like the one I have
