My 93 Explorer seem to be leaking from the gas tank. It’s only happening when the car is on with the gas cap on. It doesn’t seem to be leaking when the fuel cap is off, or the cars off. Any one have any idea at all what the problem could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Chuck
