I have 2011 explorer xlt and I've had it for over a year and the back passenger seat belt never gave an issue. 2 days ago my son went to click his seatbelt in and it would only go about halfway in. I looked inside with a flashlight and something is broken because the one next to it that works has a metal piece inside that u cannot see in the broken one. Guess back to the dealer once again.
