Changed fuse, now won't start

the cigarette light fuse was blown in our explorer. we replaced it and now it won't start. dash lights come on and battery is fully charged but won't turn over. any suggestions?

more info please, is it turning over or no crank at all? see if everything else is working normally other than not starting?

The dash lights and door locks work. Wont turn over or crank at all. It has an aftermarket alarm system.

I use to work for sears before and we replaced a lot of batteries and we came across this issue a lot especially with Fords.
