I contacted him about a drop pitman arm he had reamed out for a GM 1 ton drag link end. He responded promptly answering all my questions. I ordered it from him on a Friday night, he dropped it off at the post office on Monday, gave me the tracking right away, and I had it on Wednesday. It was packaged well and was reamed nicely, fitting the drag link end perfectly. The price was great and he was very straight forward with it all. I would definitely do business with him again.
