Still working on the door bars, should help transfer some on the impact to the door jams and not the glass... we will see.

I ended up going with 1.250 heims (same as my duff radius arms) with .250 wall dom tube for the track bar, all the mounts are .250 also, Im sick of messing with the track bar after every other trip so I figured I would way overbuild it this time. The last one had a bend to clear the diff but thats where it bent the last few times so the new one is straight. I had to move it way up to clear the diff when everything is compressed. Another problem I have to figure out are the bump stops, the drivers side will have to have a striker plate right off the side of the diff to hit the stop...

Those door bars are amazing! So simple but it will totally work. I am going to copy you since my door is cut in half and I am on my 3rd set of doors. I don't want to look for another set next year.

Update? I took it out for the first time a few weeks ago and it worked well. I ended up going with Nitro 35 spline outers and there 300M comp joints in the front with a spartan locker. I swaped in a van pinion flange (like the rear) in the front so I could use the stock rear drive shaft up front. I used a rear T case output and swaped it to the front so it would be a bolt up deal just like the rear, I will upgrade the drive shafts if I bust them...

I had a soft pedal with the stock master and the huge dual piston front and rear calipers so I went to the 96 master thats a 1/16" bigger bore then the older style. The pedal feels good now and the stoping power is better due to the larger brakes. I also changed my hoses for my ram but I still dont like them, I will redo them down the road. For now its up and going again so the plan is to beat the hell out of it and see what the next weakest link is...:D

Well, it didnt take long to find the next weakest link... transfer case and driveshaft.
