Can anybody recommend a good tire gauge?

The gauge I bought and had been using from Advance Auto was recently found to be 4 lbs off.

Any pros/cons between dial and digital?

I've read that the gauge range should be twice the value you are setting the tire pressure to because most gauges are most accurate in the middle of their range.

Is water filled better due to dampening?

Any thoughts?
