what would happen if i tried to straighten out the passenger side drag link? could i use a shop press and make that bend less extreme?
any advice or info would be gladly accepted. thanks

Have you adjusted your alignment? Have you tried it with the nut tight on the arm and turned the arms.each arm and tires need to be aligned just right for it to fit.what springs do you have in the front?

Take a pic of the truck from the front and a pic of the arms from the pass side

yes i have adjusted it pretty close to what it should be. and no i havnt tried it with the nut tight on the arm. my pitman arm puller is not large enough to fit around the FA600 so i dont want to get it pressed on and not be able to take it off it if doesnt work out.
i have rough country 4 inch springs with 1 or 1.5 inch spacers.
i am wanting my steering links to be as parallel to the ground as possible. which is why i got the fa600. but it says i can use it with 6-8 inch lifts. i have about a 5 or a 5.5, is that enough you think?

Are they spring new?if not you probably only looking at 4" of lift with the spacers.some one else had this problem with 4"rc also,he gave up and went with the fa 400.did you have a drop arm on there before?

yupp, i had the rough country equivalent to the fa400. so maybe what i should do then is buy the skyjacker 6 inch springs so i can even consider using the fa600...?

I would sense you have spacers in the springs allready.only thing is I don't know if the rc drop bracket will be enough,I would think so

well they came with the 4 inch lift. since then i have put spacers under the springs. so like you said, it prob has sagged down to about 4.
since it is a 4 inch drop bracket, and i would go with a 6 inch spring. so in the end thats like doing a 2 inch lift on stock brackets. and lots of people do that...does that sound plausible?

Hahaha yea it does.I think they are 2" drop.I know stuiplift has two holes in there drop bracket a 2" and a 4" drop.might want to see what alignment shims you have.

these are a 4 inch drop im pretty sure. this looks like 4 inches to me....

Hell maybe they are and mine are 4" and 6" I can't remember.I was talking about over stock.
