question, is it possibly swap 5-speed manual gear box on 5.0?

I think there is a Tremec 5 speed manual (Tremec T5?) that you could get with 5.0 mustangs. I think its a straight bolt up for the 5.0 Explorer/Mountaineer.

I actually think you might want to read through this. I just found it and it covers an install of an M5R2 manual with a 4406.

98 5.0 AWD Auto to 5spd M5R2 and 4406 M
